We had an incredible time exploring the thermal pools, especially the unique underground grotto! The kids loved floating naturally and the staff were fantastic—helpful and friendly while managing our family's needs. Even the outdoor events like nature walks kept everyone entertained.

In my wife’s opinion, the Wi-Fi could really use an upgrade.

I had a fantastic stay with my wife, enjoying the beautiful thermal pools and the unique experience of the underground grotto, which was unlike anything I've experienced before. The spa treatments were refreshing and the staff were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We particularly loved lounging by the outdoor thermal pool surrounded by the stunning Tuscan landscape. However, the food options could be improved. we expected fresher, more local ingredients in our meals.
